While exact definitions vary in legislation, generally speaking workplace violence or harassment includes:
- Threatening behaviours – such as shaking fists, destroying property or throwing objects.
- Verbal or written threats – any expression of an intent to inflict harm.
- Verbal abuse – swearing, insults or condescending language.
- Physical attacks – hitting, shoving, pushing or kicking.
This course provides training in the following;

- What is Workplace Harassment, Violence
- Which workplaces are more susceptible to Violence
- Employer and worker Roles and Responsibilities
- Active Shooter Training
- Domestic Violence or Harassment in the workplace.
- Reporting and Investigation Requirements
