Confined Space Level 1 Operational
Course Objectives
Learner objectives for this course are;
- recognize common terms associated with confined space work
- identify the duties and responsibilities of personnel involved with confined space work.
- distinguish between permit-required confined space,non-confined space permit required spaces
- identify, mitigate and control hazards associated with confined space work
- identify hazardous atmospheres, and equipment used to detect and monitor them
- recognize signs and symptoms of overexposure
- identify the necessary equipment to be used in confined space entries
- specify safe entry procedures for confined spaces
- recognize permit entry, signs and posting of confined space entry
